Introducing SAY: DC’s Summer Art Day Camp!

Dates: June 27 – July 1 & July 5 – July 8, 2022

Over the course of two weeks, we will explore a variety of approaches to making art, with an emphasis on maximizing confidence, fun, creativity, expression, and collaboration. The SAY: DC studio will be home base, and the atmosphere will foster curiosity, artistic flow, and community. Led by Jamal Douglas, Danielle Leneé, and Leigh Pennebaker, projects will incorporate creative writing, printmaking, storytelling, sculpture, painting, mixed-media, drawing, creative movement, textile art, jewelry making, acting, and improvisation.

Sessions will be from 10 am-3 pm daily. Participants are welcome to attend all or some of the offerings but must reserve a spot in advance. CLICK BELOW to fill out an enrollment form to reserve your spot and create your custom schedule.
