These performances are a culmination of SAY’s Confident Voices One-Act Project. Over four months our teens are guided by writing & directing mentors through a creative journey from a blank page to a full production on stage. Q&A talkbacks will follow each performance.
This is a production of SAY’s Confident Voices program. Under the mentorship of dedicated staff, teens who stutter have written and directed original one-act plays. Q&A talkbacks will follow each performance. This project is supported, in part, by an award from the National Endowment for the Arts, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo, and the New York State Legislature.
