Sarah Otero
Development Coordinator
Sarah joins SAY with nearly a decade of nonprofit experience, including three years of nonprofit fundraising. She holds an advanced degree in psychology and has worked directly with kids who struggle to feel accepted or find their voice, deeply understanding the importance of early intervention in helping young people thrive. Her own experience of stuttering as a child makes SAY’s mission deeply personal. Passionate about the healing, connective, and inspiring power of the arts, Sarah is excited to help SAY grow its fundraising efforts to support even more people who stutter in expressing themselves with confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks with her dog, caring for her ever-growing plant collection, and catching up on reality TV.
